EasySport 由香港團隊建立，由「香港人怕醜唔敢問價」呢個痛點出發，希望令搵教練變得同揀餐廳一樣簡單透明。Built by a Hong Kong team, EasySport started from a simple pain point — people are too shy to ask fitness coaches about pricing. We want finding a coach to feel as easy and transparent as picking a restaurant.
供應優先嘅平台哲學A supply-first philosophy
我哋相信教練係 EasySport 嘅合作夥伴，唔只係「供應商」。所以我哋由 Top 100 Project 開始，同最好嘅教練一齊建立平台；學員就係用得到最大價值嘅使用者 —— 名碼實價、認證教練、托管保障，一應俱全。We believe coaches are partners in building EasySport, not just a supply line. That's why we started with the Top 100 Project — building the platform together with the best coaches. Trainees, in turn, get the biggest benefit: upfront pricing, verified coaches, and escrow protection.
信任與安全Trust & Safety
教練認證Coach verification
每位教練嘅證書同資歷都經平台人手核實。通過後先會顯示「已認證」徽章；未核實嘅資歷唔會對外展示。Every coach's certificates and credentials are manually verified. Only verified coaches show the badge — unverified claims are never displayed.
托管支付Escrow payments
所有課堂款項先托管喺平台，課堂完成後 72 小時內如有爭議可申請退款，平台會介入調停。All session payments are held in escrow. Within 72 hours after a session, disputes can trigger a refund with platform mediation.
評價審核Review moderation
只有完成課堂嘅學員先可以留評價。平台會審核虛假、利益衝突或攻擊性內容，確保評價真實有參考價值。Only trainees who completed a session can leave a review. We moderate for fake, conflicted, or abusive content to keep reviews genuine.
AI 免責聲明AI disclaimer
AI 教練只提供訓練及一般資訊性建議，唔係醫療意見。所有重要訓練計劃由真人教練審核；AI 偵測到痛症或傷患訊號會即時轉介俾教練。The AI coach gives training and general informational advice only — not medical advice. Important plans are reviewed by your human coach, and pain/injury signals are escalated immediately.
資料私隱Data privacy
你嘅 InBody 數據、訓練片、對話記錄只會俾你同你嘅教練睇到。平台唔會出售任何個人資料，企業客戶只會收到匿名匯總報告。Your InBody data, training clips, and chats are visible only to you and your coach. We never sell personal data — corporate clients only see anonymised aggregate reports.
安全支付Secure payments
支付經持牌支付服務商處理，平台唔會儲存你嘅卡資料。所有交易有完整記錄，教練 Payout 透明可查。Payments are processed by licensed providers — we never store your card details. All transactions are logged and coach payouts are fully transparent.
